The Altias Fusion Frameset is an Olympic-spec track frame engineered for strength, stiffness, and aerodynamics. Wind tunnel validation shows a saving of up to 24W over comparable Olympic-tier framesets. Enhanced with a system-led development philosophy, the Fusion is the centre of a performance optimisation package, yet still allows for universal component integration.

Engineered for Speed


Altias Fusion is engineered for Olympic-level speed. Wind-tunnel validation shows up to 24W less power required than comparable Olympic-tier framesets for a 9.5s flying 200m time trial. The frame is built around peak forces measured from Olympic-level sprint data. The stiffness is tuned to resist the deflection during gate starts, accelerations, and high-speed efforts, holding a line at 70+ km/h. An optimised carbon layup removes non-working material and aligns key fibres to load paths, delivering a responsive feel without the dead, over-built sensation.

Innovative Geometry

The Altias Fusion treats the rider as part of the bike, not just sitting on top. Its long, low sprint stance delivers 'railed' high-speed characteristics and precise control for line changes in the bunch.

Sizes L and XL push out towards UCI reach limits for a long position, while S and M keep the same sprint posture through proportionate stack and reach. A lower bottom bracket, built around modern shorter cranks, drops the centre of mass and reduces frontal area.

Universal and Future-Proofed

The Altias Fusion is built to slot into your programme today to continue improving tomorrow. A 1⅛″ steerer accepts any standard stem, the T47 bottom bracket fits widely available cranksets. Front and rear dropouts allow any standard wheels to bolt straight on.

The full Altias system unlocks the greatest gains. A frame-fork interface with deliberate design features future upgradeable setups. The frame stays constant, you tune the front end and components for athlete or event specific optimisation. Backed by Velobike Innovation's ongoing collaboration with national teams and Olympic athletes, the platform stays current through the Olympic cycle and beyond.

Aero Performance

The Fusion Frameset shows a consistent advantage over comparable Olympic-tier sprint framesets from the previous Olympic cycle.

We ran a series of tests across a spectrium of race speeds. Swapping framesets while maintaining the same components and rider geometry and fit as closely as possible

A 3D printable jig designed to assist in trimming the seatpost on the Altias Fusion frameset. This print locates on the aero profiled seatpost and is clampable into a vice to guide a straight, repeatable cut at the correct height. Print in PETG or similar for best durability.
