Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally from both our headquarters in Cambridge, New Zealand, and our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Shipping to the United States of America? Prices include all import taxes, duties and tariffs at checkout. You won't be charged any extra costs upon import with DHL.

Prices include both sales taxes (GST/VAT) and any DHL / customs import charges on orders shipping to:

    • New Zealand
    • Australia
    • European Union
    • Switzerland
    • Norway
    • Canada (BC only)
    • UK* (orders under £135 only).

    *Orders under £135 only: VAT included at checkout. Orders above £135: import VAT/customs collected separately on delivery by DHL.

    For all other countries:

    • Import taxes, duties and tariffs are not included at our checkout
    • Check your local customs rules for guidance on whether import taxes, duties or tariffs apply to your import; if so, DHL will collect these from you before delivery
    • We declare goods sold as a commercial sale at invoice value, and do not take requests to lower declared values or mark goods as gifts
    • Declined payments result in returned parcels, with return costs deducted from refunds owing.

    New Zealand:

    • New Zealand Post, 1–3 working day target

    • Free for orders over $150

    • $10 for orders under $150

    Australia:

    • DHL Express, 1–3 working day target

    • Orders under AUD$1000: AUD$25

    • Orders over AUD$1000: AUD$100 (covers mandatory import declarations)

    • No PO boxes, APO boxes, or Private Bag deliveries

    United States of America:

    • DHL Express, 2–6 working day target

    • USD$38 (covers all DHL import charges)

    • No PO boxes, APO boxes, or Private Bag deliveries

    Canada & Mexico:

    • DHL Express, 2–6 working day target

    • CAD$40 / NZD$45

    • No PO boxes, APO boxes, or Private Bag deliveries

    Most of Asia:

    Includes: China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam

    • NZD$40

    • No PO boxes, APO boxes, or Private Bag deliveries

    European Union:

    • DHL Economy Select or UPS, 1-4 working day target
    • Free for orders over €100
    • €10 for orders under €100

    We now ship nearly all EU orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands. While we complete the warehouse setup, a very small number of our products will continue to ship from our New Zealand headquarters. If your order includes one of these products, you’ll see an additional €30 shipping charge at checkout, and the delivery estimate will be 4–8 working days. We’ll cover all duties and import taxes on orders shipped from New Zealand, so there are no additional charges on delivery.     Due to sanctions we currently cannot ship to Belarus, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Syria.

    • DHL Express, 6–10 working day target, NZD$120–$205 depending on weight

    Delivery & Dispatch Targets

    • Dispatch: 1 working-day target (Monday–Friday only, excluding bank holidays)

    • Delivery targets are estimates only and may vary due to holidays, customs clearance, and rural/remote addresses
