After seeing Shane Perkins IG page doing power intervals on an adapted LeMond Revolution trainer - I had an “ aha moment “ that would make great use of my old Principia Track bike collecting dust. A quick google search I came across Velobike track adapter for this trainer and quickly purchased it after I located a used trainer.
The video instructions made it easy to install and I quickly set up a training session.

After spending a lot of hours searching for a Lemond Revolution trainer that wasn't over $300USD, I found one a few hours from my house and ordered this adapter when I was on my way to pick it up. The KICKR is now in the closet and my intervals are done only on this trainer, thanks to this adapter. Easy installation and absolutely no issues with it. Thanks again for another innovative product!!
