The COG1218 is the ultimate replacement for a chain whip. No moving parts, 100% reliable and will last a lifetime. Never fear damaging your carbon wheels by slipping chain whips ever again.

The two ends of the tool are different sizes to perfectly mesh with sprockets between 12-15 tooth sprockets on one end, and 16-18 tooth sprockets on the other. It is not compatible with our 9-11 tooth sprocket range.

This upgraded COG1218L features a integrated lock ring hook on the 12-15 tooth side of the tool. The outer lock ring plate is replaceable if damaged over time.

Note: Recommended to not use the tool on 12-15 tooth sprockets made of aluminium or carbon. The tool may deform the softer material when in use.
