Once you install the fork steerer tube extender chances are that the 3 cm bolt that normally goes into the stem cap will not hold it in place (nor it will adjust to the stem properly, it becomes too short). It happened to me and the 4 cm titanium bolt with the proper cap was the solution. Thanks a lot velobike team for the advise ! Carlos H.
