A performance focused spoke'd track wheelset for outdoor use, training or junior racing.
Available in clincher and tubular for your preference of tire choice. A wider rim profile has been selected to optimise rolling efficiency with 23c or 25c tires. An aerodynamic airfoil profile is maintained where the tire sits inside the width extremities of the rim.
The wheelset is designed for an optimised stiffness to weight ratio. The Vega450's are among the highest stiffness to weight ratio spoked track wheel in the market.
Hand built by a professional wheel builder, each wheel is individually tuned for an even tension and balance within a specified window of tolerance.
Bladed spokes in conjunction with the radial and 2 cross spoke patterns cut through the air with great efficiency.
Built and tested to exceed the ISO 4210-7(2019) strength and safety standards by more than 75%. The ISO 4210-7 certification is an international safety requirement for racing bicycle wheels.
