I recently replaced my Princeton TS discs with Altias discs. The substantial weight savings is immediately apparent, but where they really shine is at speed. Very stiff and very lenticular, these discs are so fast you can't help but notice the upgrade.
Just a note: running FMB gold clinchers and Revoloop Ultra tubes.

These bars are honestly the best bike parts upgrade I have made, I have very broad shoulders and have always struggled to get my elbows tucked with previous bars as my lats would restrict my range of movement, with these bars the wrist rotation is marginally different due to the angle of the flare and have been able to tuck my elbows in with ease, not only that but due to them also having a shallower drop I have been able to run a much lower stem stack setup while achieving the same body position on the bike which has majorly improved the look and the frontal cda of my bike and position
A beautiful set of bars that are sensational to ride and aesthetically pleasing to look at. The Velobike staff are great to deal with and their service is exceptional.

... at least that is what I think. They are fast. With shallow drop and smart angles, I almost instantly felt "most comfortable" aero position I have ever experienced. Hence super fast. And thay happened to look astonishly beautiful. 💪
Incredible. Built into the bar are some subtle nudges to get you into the correct position. For one, the 5 degree vertical tilt of the drops lets me tuck my elbows in with much less effort than my previous bars with zero tilt. And secondly because the drop is so shallow the deep wing of the bar gives me tactile feedback along the top of my wrist to let me know that I've bent my elbows enough. Overall, huge reduction in frontal area as seen in the attached, dropping about 0.07s in my 200m.

I’ve never felt super comfortable on previous bars; haven’t been able to get in the position that works for me. My first standing starts on these bars felt incredible and aero tucked position felt even better. Glad I finally made the decision to buy them.

These bars have crazy design features and really change the look of a bike! I was surprised how well they hold your hands and how stiff they are.
Love these bars. Amazing how they set up depending on the effort or race. Love the shallow drop on the bar. Pairs really well with the Long Boi stem.

Moved to these from the Velo Sprint bars. Surprised by the noticeable increase in stiffness. Really like the shallow drop and hand positions. Comfortable, stiff and aero.
Nice, stiff & incredible aero. Only point to improve are the bolts, switch them to a black ones (instead of silver) and bars will be perfect.
Pricey but solid engineering and finish. The bars are stupid light but stiff. The flat section is better for relaxed riding that my 3T bars with an angled top.
Best handlebar and super comfortable. Super design. I’m not sure how aero it is because hadn't chance to test with Notio but it is fast, stiff and everything you need.
This is an awesome handlebar. First, it's gorgeus. Just stunning in appearance. I've progressively moved narrower over the years, going from 40-37-35 and now 33. The shape of the grips and tops makes perfect sense. This bar is incredibly stiff. I cannot seem to flex it at all, which is awesome. And the low drop of the grips is ideal for my needs, particularly as I get older and am less able to ride in a super tucked position.
I have been racing on and off for almost 30 years. I have ridden Nitto, Deda, Cinelli, Scattos, Look sprint bars, and these are the best bars I have ever ridden on. The grip positions alone are revolutionary for me. Congratulations, Glenn and the entire Velobike Team!
Glad to hear you're loving the bars! We're pretty excited to see the fruits of the labour out on the track. Designing for rider position and enabling the athlete to remain a comfortable, aggressive, low and elbow tucked in form was the primary objective for the bars. Developing a product that is quick on its own means nothing if it makes the rider slower.
Beautiful looking bars and ride as fast as they look. The time that has gone into the grips has changed my aero position riding style to be more locked in under high speed efforts and more sold under high torque efforts. Even felt more solid out of saddle, riding has become less twitchy. Definitely the best bars I have ever ridden, riding a PB a week after trying them.
Will the 325 and 350 remain legal for 2027?
Hi Brad, Unfortunately the updated 2027 UCI equipment rules make all sizes of the Altias Sprint Handlebar no longer compliant. We have since released a successor to the bar that is UCI legal, and had multiple further advanced features for increased performance potential - The Vector Sprint Handlebar.
