Shipping to Australia costs between NZD$10—$25. The final cost depends on:

Most of the world (including USA, Canada, UK, most of Europe)

Shipping to most of the world costs between NZD$15—$50. The final cost depends on:

  • the products you choose.

  • whether you choose tracked* or untracked.

*Tracked delivery to a PO Box is available within the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Cook Islands, Croatia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Macau, Netherlands, Poland, Samoa, Spain, Switzerland, Singapore, Slovenia, Taiwan, Thailand, Uruguay, USA, Vanuatu, and Vietnam.

Rest of the world

Shipping to the rest of the world costs between NZD$30—$120. The final cost depends on:

  • the products you choose.

  • whether you choose tracked** or untracked.

Cost is calculated for you at checkout.

**Delivery to a PO Box is not available for tracked items.

Delivery estimates

All orders are shipped with either NZ Post or NZ Couriers.

In NZ, delivery estimates are:

  • to the North Island, 1-2 working days.

  • to the South Island, 1-3 working days.

Internationally, delivery estimates are:

  • if you chose a tracked shipping option, 2-6 working days.

  • if you chose a non-tracked shipping option, 3-10 working days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, public holidays, or transit delays. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Processing timeframes for in-stock products

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 days.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation which may also include tracking details.

Processing timeframes for preorder and backorder products

Orders that include backorder and/or preorder items will be shipped as one package when the backorder and/or preorder item is ready to ship. If time is of the essence, contact us after your order and we can organise additional shipping costs together.

Missing parcels

It is important you fill in your shipping address correctly when ordering. Velobike cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly.

We recommend you choose a tracked shipping option.

We recommend that you provide a secure daytime delivery address, such as a workplace, for your order as a signature may be required upon delivery.

Let us know if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame so that we can lodge a query with the relevant shipping provider.
