Returns and refunds

Thanks for shopping with Velobike. If you would like to return an item, please let us know at glenn@velobike.co.nz within 5 days of receiving your Velobike order, providing your reasons for the return and/or exchange requirements.

1. A returns authorisation number must be issued prior to returning an item. Any returns that are sent back to us without prior approval will not be processed.

2. We are unable to accept return of opened or used goods. The item must be in the original packaging. All returns will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and will only be processed if the above returns standards are met.

3. Until your return is received by Velobike, it is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as Velobike does not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. We encourage you to return your items in recycled packaging to help us reduce waste.

4. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of you (the customer).

FULL-PRICED ITEMS

If we receive your returned item within 14 days of your original order delivery date, we will happily offer you a refund (excl. shipping costs).

SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

No refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be given on sale items — these sales are final and cannot be returned.
