Aftermarket pair of cleats suitable for the Keo pedal system
Integrated in the center of the cleat is a patented adjustable rubber pad system. I'm not exactly sure what its design intention is, but it seems to take up some of the gap between the cleat and pedal surface for shock absorption and play.
